Crohn's disease of the vulva. A case report

A rare case of vulvar Crohn's disease occurred in a 43-year-old woman who presented with a monolateral plaque on the vulva with a granulomatous histologic pattern. The problem of distinguishing Crohn's granuloma from other granulomatous lesions is underlined.
