Bilateral twin ectopic gestation with intraligamentous and interstitial components. A case report

• The simultaneous occurrence of a broad ligament and an interstitial twin ectopic pregnancy is unprecedented.
• Interstitial pregnancies following previous cornual resection are rare, making this case highly unusual.
• Intraligamentous (broad ligament) gestations are themselves uncommon.
