Abstract:
The authors describe a case of pathologic fracture of the lateral femoral condyle occurring during the evolution of a "parcellar" reflex sympathetic dystrophy. The case is illustrated by a technical investigation: x-ray, CT scan, scintigraphy and biopsies.
