Summary

Tone-pip stimuli in electrocochleography (ECochG) can identify more cases of Meniere's disease than click stimuli alone. This method enhances the diagnosis of endolymphatic hydrops by revealing abnormal summating potential (SP) in patients where click tests appear normal.
