Transabdominal reconstruction for aortoiliac occlusive disease, specifically abdominal بٹtofemoral bypass (ABF), remains a durable procedure. Despite challenges from angioplasty, stenting, and extra-anatomic bypass, ABF is the preferred choice for bilateral disease.
