Abstract:
A rare case of focal primary amyloidosis is presented with CT and MR correlation. Imaging findings demonstrate an expansile, mixed sclerotic and lytic lesion in the sternum, with MR signal characteristics similar to those previously described for diffuse primary amyloidosis and hemodialysis-related amyloidosis.
