[Instrumental and programmed support for integration of diagnostic information within the local network]

The paper deals with the problems in the integration of diagnostic information obtained by various devices, suggests that this process should be implemented by local networks, considers the basic tasks arising with this approach, and gives how to solve some of them. It is shown that this approach can be applied when two basic subdivisions of a health institution: therapeutical and diagnostical--interact.
