Summary

Glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) and lectin binding, including peanut agglutinin (PNA), can help accurately grade oligodendrogliomas. PNA shows high affinity in well-differentiated tumors, decreasing with differentiation and lost in anaplastic types.
