Summary
This study developed a superovulation protocol for tammar wallabies using pregnant mare serum gonadotrophin (PMSG) and gonadotrophin-releasing hormone (GnRH), achieving low but viable ovulation rates. Ovarian activity regulation was examined, revealing inhibition in the corpus luteum-bearing ovary.
