Summary

Agricultural accidents, primarily machinery-related and falls, caused severe injuries, particularly to the head and chest, in 33 autopsied victims over two decades. Improved machinery safety and data collection are recommended to prevent future farm injuries.

  • Implementing a comprehensive data collection system for agricultural accidents is proposed.
  • Targeted interventions based on accident type can reduce fatalities and severe injuries.
