Summary

Schizophrenia subtypes show distinct P3 event-related potential (ERP) patterns. Paranoid schizophrenia patients exhibited prolonged P3 latency and reduced amplitude, unlike disorganized schizophrenia patients who showed normal P3 responses compared to controls.
