[Impact of smoking regulations in the workplace]

Smoking control policies in the workplace may have several positive effects such as smoking cessation, nonsmoker protection, improvements in employee job satisfaction, etc. Indeed there may be some protest at first--as with most innovations! Yet numerous studies prove a very high support even by a considerable number of smoking employees, if the policy is appropriate implemented.
