    Summary

    This study investigated uroproteins in patients with chronic lymphatic leukemia, chronic lymphoreticulosis, and Hodgkin disease. Immunoglobulin light chains were frequently detected in the urine of leukemia and lymphoreticulosis patients.

    • Immunoglobulin light chains (predominantly kappa type) were found in 36% of chronic lympholeukosis and 25% of chronic lymphoreticulosis cases. Urinary M components were rare in Hodgkin disease.
