Summary

Researchers identified two novel bisbenzylisoquinoline alkaloids, (-)-2'-norlimacine and (+)-cycleabarbatine, from Cyclea barbata roots. Several known alkaloids were also identified, expanding our knowledge of this plant's chemical constituents.
