Summary
Mouse mammary tumor virus (MMTV) encodes minor lymphocyte stimulating (MLS) superantigens (v-SAGs). This study found v-SAG mRNA predominantly expressed in lymphoid cells, particularly activated B and CD8 T cells, and immature thymocytes.
