Summary

Intravaginal immunization with influenza haemagglutinin (TOPS) and degradable starch microspheres/lysophosphatidylcholine (DSM/LPC) enhanced antibody responses in sheep. However, intramuscular immunization remained superior for inducing high antibody levels.
