[Recklinghausen disease with tumor involving the vulva. Presentation of a case]

A case of one patient is reported. A 19 year old woman who came to the Hospital with a genital mass located on the right greater lip that was 11 inches and weighted 6.8 pounds approximately. Brown spots were not found, but it was suspected to be a neurofibromatosis; a Von Recklinghausen case. A surgical resection was performed which confirmed the diagnosis. The woman got out after five days of stay, asymptomatic at the moment.
