Gene A protein of bacteriophage S13 is required for singel-stranded DNA synthesis
Journal of Virology
|February 1, 1977
Abstract:
The product of gene A of the small icosahedral DNA phage S13 has been found to be needed for single-stranded DNA synthesis in vivo in addition to its previously known role in progeny replicative-form DNA synthesis.
