Summary

Magnetic resonance (MR) imaging offers superior visualization of cerebral sparganosis compared to computed tomography (CT). MR imaging detects subtle white matter changes, parasitic granulomas, and early signs of worm migration, improving diagnostic accuracy for this rare brain infection.
