Summary

Minimally invasive techniques like percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage and endoscopic retrograde biliary drainage are effective alternatives to surgery for jaundice removal. Procedures such as endoscopic mechanical lithotripsy and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy successfully eliminate gallstones post-drainage.
