This case report details an unusual and prolonged Henoch-Schönlein purpura (HSP) presentation in a child, highlighting severe gastrointestinal vasculitis, pancreatic and gallbladder involvement, and unexpected urolithiasis. High-frequency intestinal ultrasonography proved valuable in monitoring the extensive gastrointestinal complications.
