Percent of women under age 18 deliveries increased from 0.58% in 1947 to 1.3% in the last years. We observed a significant difference in group of teenage mothers: the higher risk of prematurity, lower average birth weight of neonates, lower frequency of cesarean section and higher frequency of surgical assisted vaginal deliveries. There was no significant differences in the frequency of birth weight under 2500 g.
