[A case report of mitral valve aneurysm]

Summary
A rare mitral valve aneurysm was diagnosed using transesophageal echocardiography in a patient with aortic regurgitation. This advanced imaging technique accurately identified the small aneurysm missed by transthoracic echocardiography.
