Primary deltopectoral skin flap in reconstruction of maxillofacial area

The use of medially based deltopectoral skin flap in the reconstruction of maxillofacial area is presented. This is illustrated with presentation of two case reports. The result of our surgical experience in the management of these cases showed that the use of deltopectoral skin flap in maxillofacial reconstruction is versatile and has some advantages over other methods. Its set back is also highlighted.
