Pheochromocytoma with multiple system failure

Pheochromocytomas may present with a variety of clinical manifestations. A rare presentation is that of multiple system failure, which may be fatal if not promptly diagnosed and treated. The case of a patient who developed multiple system failure from a pheochromocytoma is presented.
