Abstract:
Our aim is to propose a mathematical model for the forming of metastases resistant or not, from their birth, to one drug or a combination of drugs, associated with a new spontaneous tumorous growth model. Practical conclusions are then drawn relating to the effectiveness of chemotherapy.
