Abstract:
A sample of 28 rural and urban private practicing family physicians was compared on a number of attitudes and practice characteristics based on results from a mailed questionnaire. Results cross-validated previous findings and provided new ones. A number of self-report discriminators are discussed to better predict which physicians will locate in rural areas.
