Modification of the Dott-Dingman mouth gag

In cleft palate patients with a protrucing premaxilla, retrusion or collapse, the abnormal alveolar arches require a mouth gag which can be fitted to the individual. This modification of the Dott-Dingman mouth gag allows maximum adjustability and exposure.
