Biliary abnormalities associated with extrahepatic portal venous obstruction

Extrahepatic portal venous obstruction frequently causes biliary tract disease, including cholestasis and cholangitis. Endoscopic retrograde cholangiography revealed abnormalities in most patients, highlighting the importance of biliary health in patient outcomes.
