Magnetization Prepared Rapid Acquisition Gradient Echo (MPRAGE) offers detailed T1-weighted imaging for internal auditory canal abnormalities. This 3D sequence is a valuable adjunct to conventional MRI, providing excellent gray-white differentiation.

Background:
