Summary

Workers exposed to sepiolite dust experienced accelerated lung function decline, particularly in forced expiratory volume (FEV1) and forced vital capacity (FVC), with age. However, no significant radiographic changes were observed, indicating dust exposure impacts lung function without visible damage.
