Abstract:
Pathologic subtrochanteric fracture in a femur rarefied by fibrous dysplasia of bone was successfully treated with condylocephalic nailing and bone grafting. This procedure is recommended not only for traumatic fractures but also for pathologic fractures secondary to bone tumor.
