Captopril does not affect plasma endothelin-1 during thrombolysis and reperfusion

Summary
Captopril did not significantly alter plasma endothelin-1 levels in patients undergoing thrombolysis for acute myocardial infarction (AMI). This study found no effect of captopril on ET-1 during reperfusion therapy for AMI.
