Summary

Processed EEG monitoring (pEEG) offers a more precise way to control general anesthesia depth than traditional vital signs. This study found specific pEEG parameters, like SEF 90 and SEF 95, reliably indicate sufficient anesthetic depth, reducing awareness risk.
