[Cervical localization of a primary meningeal melanoblastoma]
Abstract:
The authors present a case of primary meningeal melanoblastoma localized in the cervical region, in a 47 year old woman. The intra and extradural, extramedullary tumor presented clinically and radiologically as a neuroma with central calcification. This case thus widens the possible causes of an intraspinal tumoral syndrome with radiological calcification.
