Summary

A post-rectal carcinoma patient developed septic lung due to Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus epidermidis (MRSE). Effective chemotherapy with Minocycline and Cefotiam was administered, suggesting potential early adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) features.
