[Intestinal occlusion caused by jejunal leiomyosarcoma]

A case of intestinal occlusion due to jejunal leiomyosarcoma is reported. Attention is drawn to the unusualness of the picture and the absence of an indicative symptomatology. Early diagnosis is desirable if surgery is to be successful.
