    Summary

    Sustained-release dextroamphetamine (D-Amp) effectively treated 93% of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) patients. Sustained-release methylphenidate (MPD) was effective for 7%, with no significant side effects reported for either medication.
