Background:

Gynecomastia surgery often involves areolar incisions, leading to potential scarring and complications.
Existing techniques may not fully address the aesthetic concerns of patients with gynecomastia.

Purpose of the Study:

To present a new surgical technique for breast reduction in gynecomastia.
To evaluate the safety and efficacy of this scarless technique.

Main Methods:

Glandular parenchyma is removed by extraction through pre-existing liposuction incisions.
Incisions are strategically placed in the anterior axillary fold and inframammary fold.

Main Results:

The technique successfully removed breast parenchyma in 11 patients.

No complications were reported during the 6-month follow-up period.

The method eliminated the need for areolar incisions, preventing related complications.

Conclusions:

This novel technique offers a scarless approach to gynecomastia surgery.
