Summary

Polyhexamethylene biguanide (PHMB) solutions demonstrated superior antimicrobial efficacy against RGP contact lens contaminants. Boston Advance and its enhanced formula effectively killed vegetative cells and fungal spores, outperforming other tested preservatives.
