Abstract:
An asymptomatic hemorrhagic renal cyst was benign at angiography, nephrotomography, cystography, and cytologic examination. Malignancy was found at surgery. Malignancy cannot be excluded in a hemorrhagic cyst which is benign by all other criteria.
