Summary

Bupivacaine, adrenaline, and cocaine (MAC) is a safe and effective topical anesthetic for wound suturing, comparable to tetracaine, adrenaline, and cocaine (TAC). This study found no significant differences in efficacy or safety between MAC and TAC for selected lacerations.
