Summary

Eosinophilia, characterized by elevated eosinophil counts, is a common and distinctive feature in primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) patients. Treatment with ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) effectively reduces eosinophilia and improves liver function in PBC.
