Summary

Laparoscopic ovarian transposition effectively prevented radiation-induced ovarian failure in a patient undergoing pelvic radiotherapy for anal canal carcinoma. Ovarian function was preserved, with normal menstrual cycles and hormone levels resuming post-treatment.
