Summary

Laser-assisted uvulopalatoplasty (LAUP) is effective for snoring and mild sleep apnea. This study found a low complication rate of 3.45% in 754 LAUP procedures, with most issues being minor and temporary.

  • To prospectively evaluate the safety and efficacy of LAUP for treating loud disruptive snoring.
