Abstract:
The authors present a case of a 22-years-old patient with five supernumerary impacted and erupted premolars in the mandible. This dental anomaly is relatively rare occurring from 0.14% to 0.64% of the general population. About 75% of supernumerary premolars seen to be erupted.
