Abstract:
The study proved that the dust extracted from "Oktjabrsky" mine and containing 83.25% of nickel have marked carcinogenic effects, induces lung tumors and leukosis, if administered intratracheally to Wistar rats. Diagnosed leukosis suggests that carcinogens of the ores dissolve in the tissue liquids and circulate in the body.
