[Effect of different processing methods on 5 kinds of chemical compounds in Trachycarpus fortunei H. Wendl]
Abstract:
The contents of p-hydroxybenzoic acid, protocatechuic acid, protocatechuic aldehyde, (+)catechin and gallic acid in Trachycarpus fortunei were defermined by HPLC. The relationship between processing methods and changes of content is discussed.
