Abstract:
Report on an uncommon reaction to BCG-vaccination in a 7 years old child. A general BCG-allergy occurred manifesting by far extended alterations of the skin and by swelling of the hilar lymph nodes. In connection with this case the author recommends to apply only the intracutaneous testing in tuberculin diagnostics. Repeated BCG-vaccination should be done only with the greatest caution.
