[West's syndrome after Reye's syndrome (author's transl)]

A four month old boy with typical clinical, biochemical and pathological picture of Reye's syndrome is reported. He was treated with peritoneal dialysis and survived. He presented flexor-spasms with hipsarrythmic E.E.G. one month after the beginning of the clinical picture. Some coments are made on the relation of both conditions and prognostic data on the Reve's syndrome.
